Motion frame artifacts

Good day,
I have made propeller simulation, the result is close to reality,
but in on contour maps artifacts near motion frame. What shall i do to remove it? Or it is not important?

the reason is low mesh density there, if you dont interested in resolving flow there, you may ignore
