Question Induce vibrational motion to cylindrical tank

My problem deals with analysis of vibrational motion induced multiphase flow inside a cylindrical tank.
I understand that I can impart velocity to mesh under mesh motion. But is it possible to implement vibrational motion to the mesh while undergoing fluent process
