Default Export mesh from Fluent to Icem

Hi, I would like to know if is it possible to convert a mesh from fluent to Icem in way to covert it for CFX... In fact I am interested to convert a tetrahedrical mesh in a polyhedrical mesh in Fluent ad then I would use this new mesh in CFX...
