Hello,
I have question regarding the capability of Ansys fluent licence server as follow ANSYS Academic Research CFD (25 Tasks): 1 task(s) ANSYS Academic Research HPC (per core): 72 task(s) Does this licence allow a maximum of 72 cores at fluent for a single simulation? Is it possible to run multi simulations at the same time using 72 cores? many thanks, Regards, Mohamed |

Yes. You have the 25-task block which means mix-n-match up to 25 users/jobs can be run simultaneously but you are limited by the 72 HPC licenses. So you can run 1 simulation using all 72 or 25 simulations with ~2 cores each.

So does this also mean 2 jobs can be run with say 32 cores each using 72 HPC?
