Hey everyone!
i would like to export my fluent case as .cas in ascii. How can i do this? I know how to export the mesh in ascii, but i am not certain how to do this for the case, since i would like to preserve the coupled walls. I am using Ansys fluent 2021 r1. Thanks in advance! |

In the GUI, you just uncheck the box that says binary when you go to write the case file and the prompt window opens up asking you where to save and what the filename should be.
In the TUI you type Code:
/file/binary-files? no |

Thank you! Please correct if i am wrong, but if i export from the fluent module i don't have said checkbox for binary. Is the command line alone sufficient to write in ASCII?
