Hi everyone,
I'm doing small windturbine power analysis in fluent (2m2 rotor area). I did rotor blade model with qblade (6.2 TPS) and want to get power output from fluent. My problem is to choose right rpm value for sliding mesh rotating domain. My question is how I have to do it for input wind velocity 8 m/s? Do I have to choose around 12 rpm as rotor velocity move or calculate it from tps (I calculated that value around 592 rpms), saw that 2 methods in some YouTube video's and I domy omów which is right to get power output as torque *rpms. Thanks for help on advance. |
