Hi,

I am simulating a 3D pipe elbow and have to validate the results from a paper to which I am comparing.

Does anyone know how to get the values for velocity across the diameter of the pipe at these locations: X/D=0 & X/D=1 (Using CFD post)?. It is a 3D simulation so I have added a plane in the centre of the pipe to get the velocity contours but I am really struggling to get the velocity values at the various locations, do I need to add a line to be able to extract the velocity data?

I have attached an image of the schematic which is provided to hopefully explain a little better and also of the results which were obtained at the various locations in the pipe. The velocity contour which I have generated is also attached.

Thanks in advance
