Pa.ki28 is on a distinguished road
Hi all,
I am trying to simulate a spherical ball inside a pipe. The spherical ball has an inlet, for the flow from to flow in, and an outlet, for the flow to exit. My aim is to find the mass flow rate at the inlet and outlet.
I used planes to determine the mass flow rate, but the values are very wrong for the inlet size (200*50). I assume, that since the plane is huge, the mass flow rate is calculated for the whole plane.
If someone can suggest to me the steps to correctly fit a plane at the spherical inlet, it would be very much helpful and if you have any other methods for a similar case, you can suggest them to me too.

Thanks in advance to the community
