Is there any way to set initial temperature of one wall, and simulate distribution of temperature when all other walls are adiabatic?

easiest way:
define the name to the wall you are interested in while creating mesh, now you can apply other boundary condition

Yes, Name the wall in MESHING
Then give initial temp to the wall during INITIALIZATION |
