Hi,

I am running a steady-state (moving reference frame) Conjugated Heat Transfer (CHT) simulation with many solid parts and fluid regions.

I am using conformal mesh using shared topology.

I have noticed that after bringing my mesh into Fluent, I get a warning:

Warning: zone of type interior found between different solids!

This will adversely affect the solution.

It is suggested to use the following command to solve it:

/mesh/modify-zones/slit-interior-between-diff-solids

My question:

When I have interior between solids, does it mean I do not have heat transfer between those solids?

I appreciate your inputs.

Best,
M
