Dear All,

I would like to simulate a catalytic reaction (according to LH mechanism) in a rectangular channel, where only one wall of the channel is coated with the catalyst.

As a first step, I have tried to focus on adsorption step.
I have defined the following reaction:
A(lq) + catalyst_s = A_s

I have defined the catalyst_s as ''selected solid'' (within the mechanism), and A_s as '' selected site specie''. All of the species mentioned previously (catalyst_S and A_s) were defined as fluid.

However, unfortunately this approach does not work.

I have also tried to define both catalyst_s and A_s as site specie, however unfortunately I have not obtained appropriate results.

Can you please give me some hints how should I define the catalyst_s?

Thank you very much in advance!
