Hello. I am trying to do a battery pack analysis. I'm trying to cool the batteries with a heat pipe, but I'm getting some errors and can't resolve the errors I get. Can you help on the subject?

You have some major divergence happening here. Stop the solution much earlier and look for reasons why it is diverging. To identify anything at this point is much too late.
