How can I immediately stop an running case and write the current results in linux? This work is submitted by .jou file in a parallel cluster.

you should make a function to do this in advance
for instance you may execute this function if you put file with special name inside your directory
function is monitoring working folder, if file exists -> stop simulation write data and exit fluent
