Default runing FLUENT on celeron CPU?

Dear all, (1)does anyone has experience for that? what's differences between runing Fluent on celeron CPU and Pentium CPU? (2)Can I install both CFX and Fluent in one PC? how to deal with the license data files since they use same license manager software.
