Hi everybody. I have a question...
Can we model the condensation of water vapour in an air flow system on a cool surface using Fluent? Regards |

Hi,
This can be done using a surface reaction. An UDF has to be written which sets the surface reaction rate. Regards, sri |

Fluent 5.x and 6.x can't solve heterogenous reaction.
and when u use surface reaction u will see result of condensate is strange! coz U must defind condensate to surface species but surface species can't flow out from that surface or u can't see flow pattern of condensate. May be use Fluent 4.x. Regard, Thitikorn |
