Turbulent Cylinder Strouhal Number -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Chetan Kadakia Guest Posts: n/a	I am trying to get obtain an accurate Strouhal number for turbulent flow of 4e6 over a cylinder. If anyone has done this type of problem and has been succesful in getting the correct frequencies, please advise me of the set up. I am using LES, and when I calculate my Strouhal Number, i get 20% error (with reference to Schlictiing)
