hello, I got a few question: 1. fluent uses finite volume method for its analysis right? 2.if a solid like a rock is placed in a pipe flow, how do we set the fluent testing? Do we set the rock as a solid or do we delete the solid volume(rock) from the fluid volume? 3.is it ok that i do not create the pipe wall and only create the geometry of the fluid volume inside? mesh it & test.

thanks.
