Default Please help me. About plot the Total Forces

Hei, everybody

Pleas let me know, How can i get the Total Forces on circular Porous jump surface at 2D. Usually, we can see the Refort-->Forces... if circular is solid. it meas wall zone. But porous jump zone is different. How~~~ please.
