Default Unusual error in Fluent

I have a problem when reading a turbomachinery problem into Fluent. It is not an error as such but i think it is the reason my solution is not converging. I have analysed similar problems before (same problem, different geometries) and have never got the following comments when reading the file:

Note: Separating interior zone 27 into zones 27 and 1.

default-interior -> default-interior (27) and default-interior:001 (1)

and

Skipping zone periodic_downstream_shadow (not referenced by grid).

Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong? I checked for double faces but found none. Any help would be massivly appreciated on this.
