Hi,
this is not a question for the experts. i just wanna share my experience with the problem with turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 1.000000e+05 in Fluent. I managed to overcome this problem when i scaled my mesh. It may or might not solve your problem i dont know but it certainly didnt give me any when i scaled my mesh.
