Hey,
When using DEFINE_SR_RATE (name,f,t,r,my,yi,rr) the fourth argument is: Reaction *r - A pointer to data structure for the reaction. Does anyone know where I can find info on this data structure? What I'm trying to find out is if I can use something like: if (r == 0) { } else if (r == 1) { } to do different things for different reactions? Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks, Marcus Last edited by MarcusW; March 12, 2012 at 04:25. |
