how to set 2 boundary condition on a surface

let say i have i cubic volume.. on one of is faces, i would like to have a smaller face that i can define as another zone (velocity inlet)..
........................... . ............ . . . . . . . . . . ............ . . . ........................... the bigger face is the wall and the smaller face is the face that i would like to define as velocity inlet. How can i meshed this volume |
