Hi,

I studied aerospace engineering at university and did a final year project using CFD. I really enjoyed the challenge and it sparked an interest in the subject for me. I am currently working as a safety and reliability engineer, while there is a lot of work in the field, some of it quite interesting, I don't feel it is what I want to be doing. I am a big F1 fan and would love to end up in that field but believe any work with CFD would be more interesting than what I am doing now.

What is the best way to get into CFD? Do I need to do further education work? Masters, phd? or can I get training on the job? Are their training courses that would give me an appropriate qualification? How did other people get into the field?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
