Hello all,
Im using a SST model to calculate a problem about cavity flow. But I dont know how to decide the Y+ of my mesh. There r lots of different advices about the Y+, such as: the maximum Y+ must be less than 200 from the solver guide; When the boundary layer is stable, large Y+ could be used(above 11), it would be OK; When the boundary layer is unstable, Y+ should be less than 11. If accurately predicting the boundary layer separation, one should generally make sure that the Y+ is less than 1... what's the proper Y+ for me or how could I decide my Y+? THANKS A LOT! |
