The GASP users manual and tutorials give excellent explanation of the tool. However, the most useful information is often from user experience.

I have a hypersonic vehicle for analysis in the range of 60k-100k ft altitude, Mach 5-7. The grids are built using Pointwise's new quad-dominate unstructured typology. I can brute-force a solution, but I would like to know what has worked best for users in the past regarding reaching convergence as quickly as possible, and what turbulence and chemistry models are most applicable to the specified problem? I am looking for both steady-state and time-accurate solutions.

Thank you,
Ben
