Hello. In theory, Can I define two-way flow in one boundary or not?
I explore CCFL(COUNTER CURRENT FLOW LIMITATION) in vertical pipe and use Fluent. Please help! Last edited by Jar0ld; November 12, 2018 at 08:47. |

Yes, in theory, I don't think there is any reason why not. To do that in FLUENT, you would need to create a velocity profile, which includes velocities in both directions. Then, you would apply that profile to an inlet. How you would actually create the profile file is another question. You could write it by hand, or you might be able to find/make a tool to automate it.
