Mixing index in Flow-3d software

Hello guys,
I am confused about mixing index. I'm doing a simulation of mixing two fluids in 2 D domain. the result is the volume fraction contour. how do I find mixing index of mixing the two materials are already doing at different distance? thanks for your help |
