Giri_24 is on a distinguished road
If we nondimensionalize any quantity say velocity, then will it's maximum and minimum value always be 0 and 1 respectively? Or can these limits be other than 0 and 1?

No at all, just think about the velocity direction ...that can result positive or negative in some non-dimensional component.

Its minimum and maximum value will be relative to whatever was used to non-dimensionalize it.

If you non-dimensionalize velocity using infinity, then its value is about 0. If you non-dimensionalize it using the speed of light, then its value will be small and won't exceed 1. If you non-dimensionalize it using the speed of sound, then you get another number that's gonna be a little larger but can exceed one (e.g. Mach number can be greater than 1). If you non-dimensionalize it using the speed that a snail moves, you get a pretty large value.
