Hi,
I am trying to develop a series of simulations with an E-L approach. Since I need to deal with a high number of real particles (5-10 million), how is the number of particles per parcel set in a justifiable way?? Is there any rule or common method?? In case I increase the concentration of solid matter, should be the number of total parcels kept fixed (i.e. limited by the computational resources) or better modulated according to particles increase (i.e. keeping a constant number of real particles per computational parcel). Thanks |
