Elys_1986 New Member PG Join Date: Jan 2022 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	Hello, I simulate a Check Valve 2D using a Dynamic Mesh. I followed step by step this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTp7LfVVLks But I had this error: Update-Dynamic-Mesh failed. Negative cell volume detected. I choosed a mesh with a rectangular elements and maximum dimension of 0.0005 m. I set manually the 1DOF properties (not using UDF File). I choosed Mesh Layering test method After the error I tried to reduce elements size (near the moving part of the valve), then I reduced the time step, finally I change shape elements from rectangular to triangular, without any benefit.
