Hi!
I am trying to simulate the bunsen burner laminar diffused flame in reacting foam with single step chemistry. So far the simulation goes all well without combustion but currently I am stuck in sorting out the suitable way of starting smooth ignition of the flame using CH4 and O2 inlets from bottom of rectangular region. Any suggestion would be more than welcomed. Thank You!

Hi. I suggest giving temperature patch using topoSet and fvConstraints . Also you can provide a heat source using fvmodels for a time frame.

I am using the dev version. For older versions I think it will be fvOptions file.

My personal experience till now is ignition occurs, but the temperature profiles are not correct, if you have solved this any other ways please share the case setup.
