I know I need to calculate the under relaxation coefficient when calculating the cavity flow.

what i'm wondering is
When you first solve the momentum equation, do you multiply the relaxation state by u*,v*?

if not
After finding u = u* + u', do we multiply u by the relaxation state?
I'm curious.
