sorry for the late reply. Thank you for the interest. Now, I do not have any plans to re-publish book. However, who knows, if I had a time definitely I would be happy to add more about OpenFoam.
There is no copies for the evolution, but you might buy the e-version, It is only $14.

I’ve been trying to get your book, but I can't find the digital version, could you share the link please?

Also, how basic it begins? Does it say how to ged N-S equations? If nof, could you recommend a book?
