Hi,
Can anyone tell me, is it possible to use the quick discretization scheme on a 3d fully tetrahedral grid? |

Hey Bob,
it can be used, but it should not. It's a parabolic scheme, where 2 nodes upstream and one downstream will be used. That can get pretty messy, in a tetrahedral mesh. Maybe you will spend a long time getting a converged solution. Greetings, Marc |

Many known schemes can not be directly used in unstructured grid. But you can devise some approximation way to create an upwind direction and use higer order interpolation to construct analogeous scheme.
