Hi everybody and thanks for your help in advance!
Im pretty new to CFD. I'm working with Star CCM+ and I have the following problem. In my simulation I examine the flow around several spheres in a row.* For my desired modeling I need to have my y+-values over 30. I discovered a video from cd adapco already where they recomend to change 1) prism layer thickness 2) the streching factor 3) no. of prism layers But no madder what I do, my y+ values still remain very low. Lowest way under 1. Velocities I examine are between 0.1m/s and 1 m/s Does anybody have some ideas which might help me. Would be very great if somebody could suggest some ideas. With the best regards, |
