y-plus: estimation vs simulated

Hello dear foamers,
I esstimated first grid point thickness to be yplus~5. I checked the actual yplus for the simulation and its ~0.5. Is it acceptable? I mean the esstimated and actual is one magnitude of order in difference.. Thamk in advance, Alex. |
