Dear foamers,
I ran a simulation on a geometry visible here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/72wla3nfb5udb0y/all_cells.png I'd like to map the solution fields on the upper right cell onto this geometry: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sbqzbofwtp3kq2p/unit_cell.png Both meshes are identically built, so it's basically just about cropping and translating the results. I know that the mapFields utility is meant to do things like this, but I don't know if it is appropriate my case. Maybe offsetting the unit cell mesh coordinates would be the thing to do? Do you have any advice for the use of mapFields? Vincent |
