Hello everyone!
I´m having some trouble to change the fuel (C3H8) to (C7H16). I have changed in constant/reactions to: C7H16 + 11O2 + 41.4N2 = 7CO2 + 8H2O + 41.4N2 I also changed "species" table from C3H8 => C7H16_n-heptane. in constant/thermophysicalProperties i changed "fuel" to C7H16_n-heptane. in thermo.compressibleGas i changed the input data accordingly from $OpenFOAM_INSTALL_DIR/OpenFOAM-dev/etc/thermoData. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When doing so i got a warning massage saying: C7H16 is undefined in dictionary /system/fvSchemes.divSchemes.div(phi,Yi,hs) So i changed system/fvSchemes under divSchemes C3H8 => C7H16_n-heptane when doing so and looking in the "log.fireFoam" file "nan" starts to appear in the log file and it ends with this error messege. see below: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: wrong token type - expected Scalar, found on line 0 the word 'nan' file: /home/MattiasSt/OpenFOAM/fireFoam-2.2.x/cases/Trondheim5/system/data.solverPerformance.p_rgh at line 0. From function operator>>(Istream&, Scalar&) in file lnInclude/Scalar.C at line 91. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Do anyone know how to proceed? Have i missed anything inportant on the way? Merry christmas you all! |
