Hi,

Let's say I have a 1D Blasius profile that I want to prescribe as an inlet bc on a flat plate. Is there any way in FOAM to easily map this 1D profile to the 2D inlet patch?

Thanks,

Hi backscatter

when using this klind of profiles you need to specify values for all the patch points (not cells). It is enough with replicating your inlet profile twice. I reccomend you to find in the OF tutorials a case that you can use for your purpose.

Cheers

You can apply agustinvo's suggestion with `timeVaryingMappedFixedValue` boundary condition, I think.
