Hi All,

I want to simulate natural convection heat transfer problem in porous media by using openFOAM.
we have various solvers to model natural convection heat transfer (NCHT) but
we don't have any for NCHT in porous media .

I've studied both simpleFoam and porousSimpleFoam solvers and corresponding test cases. I understood the differences.

I compared the pEqn.H and UEqn.H of previously mentioned solvers. I wanted to modify the pEqn.H and UEqn.H (and TEqn.H,if it is necessary)of buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam solver by adding some appropriate terms to them just like those terms which have been added to pEqn.H and UEqn.H of simpleFoam solver and develop buoyantBoussinesqPorousSimpleFoam solver. Unfortunately I could not do this.

Has anybody already faced this problem?

any idea would be appreciated.
