Thanks for your response.
I have tried to average the field U and phi by regular fieldAverage procedure. After that I have tried to plot the same. In paraview, I could get stream tracing correctly for UMean. However, when I went ahead and calculated streamFunction for phiMean, the both didn't match (see figure). I have many such time averaged data sets. I wish to find streamfunction for all of'em so that I can draw standing wakes behind them. Please help me out here. PS. The white contours are representing streamFunction field, while the multi coloured at the stream tracers from paraFoam for UMean. |
