Hello,

I was trying to model the heat transfer through a membrane using chtMultiRegionFoam. Water evaporates on one side of the membrane, goes through it, and condenses on the other side. By now I'm not interested in the mass transfer, only heat. As a simplification, I'm treating the membrane as a solid region.

My question:
Is it possible to add a heat source term at the boundaries between the solid (membrane) and fluid regions (fluid channels)? This source would represent the latent heat due to the evaporation/condensation of water.

Where should I look to put the equations associated with this source term?

I would really appreaciate any help!
