Hello to all,
during the run of my case in steady stade cindition this message continues to appear

Code:
--> FOAM Warning :
    From function gaussConvectionScheme
in file finiteVolume/convectionSchemes/gaussConvectionScheme/gaussConvectionScheme.H at line 123
    Reading "/home/roby/Scrivania/Ultimate/Scalar/system/fvSchemes.divSchemes.div(phi,T)" at line 31
Unbounded 'Gauss' div scheme used in steady-state solver, use 'bounded Gauss' to ensure boundedness.
To remove this warning switch off 'boundedGauss' in "/home/roby/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.3.0/etc/controlDict"
^C

Maybe i have to also change the solver (?)
Any idea?

Thanks for help,
Roberto

Take a look at your fvSchemes file (case/system/...)
Change your div(phi,T) entry from "unbounded Gauss" to "bounded Gauss" or "Gauss [...]".

Should fix your problem. Anyhow your current message is just a warning and not an error. To further establish which entry you want, try to gain an understanding about what it means if a solution is bounded or unbounded.

Regards,
Robert

Hi Robert, thanks for your reply.
I've just change the scheme in "bounded Gauss limitedLinear 1". The case runs however what i noticed is the simulation runs very slowly respect to the unsteady simulation.
Maybe could the problem be the solver which in this case is set to PBiCG?

Furthermore the residual stops decrasing around 10^(-3) while in the unsteady simulation around 10^(-11)

Best Regards,
Roberto
