Hello,
I am getting a non-physical velocity result, and often the solution diverges. The odd thing to me is that the huge velocity appears on the boundary, which should be held at U=0 by the BCs. Image attached.

Problem is a mixer type problem, with an inner rotor spinning in a moving reference frame, surrounded by a fixed reference frame. AMI used for boundaries. Setup is based on several examples. simpleFoam steady solution. Divergence is at the x=max, z=max point.

The problem persists for U=0 BCs as well as U=slip on the outside of the stator region. Mesh was generated in Salome using Netgen 1-2-3 with viscous layers. Problem persists without viscous layers, as well as using mefisto 2D + netgen for 3D, but the divergence now occurs at Y=max point.

Any ideas what is going on?
