MaxCo for airfoil simulation -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

rfiore1 New Member Raffaele Join Date: Oct 2019 Posts: 3 Rep Power: 6	Goodmorning to everyone, I am doing a simulation of an airfoil in 2D with a Re = 30000 and I have some problems regarding the maxCo because Initially I have set this value around 20 but when I have reduced this value to 10 I have noticed that the solution is very different. I am using a pimpleFoam solver. Is there a general rule to impose the maxCo value? thanks
