Error:printstack(Foam:0stream&) -OpenFoam 2.1.1.1

Hi,

I have the following error message as attached in OpenFoam, as I solve the case with ddtFoam.

Do you have an idea how to solve the problem?

Hi Ulugbey,

I am not familiar with the solver, but it seems that you are attempting to calculate xroot of negative value therefore you get sigFpe at pow function.

It can be caused by many things. Most probably initial conditions, boundary conditions or some physical properties.

It would be helpful if you post one iteration of properly running case using the solver to see what the expected output is. In other words at which variable it crashes. Other option is to run debug version to see exact line of error.

Nevertheless, if you do not have much experience with OpenFOAM focus on the case configuration.
