Hi all,
To preface, I'm using OpenFOAM.org v8. I'm trying to emulate a propeller using an actuator disk to be used on a ship hull free to pitch and heave. My professor provided me this paper: http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kur...ningReport.pdf.

The paper (section 4, the fan boundary condition) refers to a fan boudnary condition. From what I found, this was removed after v6 of the .org version. I see that there is a fanPressure boundary condition, but no fan condition.

Is it possible to copy the fan boundary condition from a previous version? Or is there a new boundary condition that replaced fan?

I've attached a zip file of an updated version for v4.1.

I would appreciate any help, feedback, or insights. Thanks
