OpenFOAM - Boundary Conditions

I am just new to OpenFOAM and moving my way around. So I am working on a 3D flow in a duct, 3D backward facing step. I am exporting a mesh the boundary conditions from Pointwise.

Regarding the definition of the boundary conditions, It is OK to define all the walls (Both sides, bottom, upper and the step) in one boundary condition.

If not, for the bottom walls (as they are not at the same plane), also do I need to define them separately or just under one BC?

Single definition is ok. Look into tutorials.
