Learning OpenFOAM solvers

How can I learn openfoam effectively?I am using the multiphase solvers-twophaseeulerfoam, but there are some variables in it the meaning of which I am not understanding. Is there a detailed documentation of each openfoam solver? I am only aware of the openfoam website. Or are there any resources from where I can directly learn about the solvers in openfoam?

I recommend the c++ sources. They are commented to some degree.
