I had a code for 1.4.1 that used "scale", but when I tried to compile it with the 1.5 I got the same error. Seems something has changed regarding it in the 1.5.

However, it's not a current problem for me anymore.

Hi,

in OF1.5, the function scale(a,b) is now called cmptMultiply(a,b).

Thank you Hannes!
Where can I find the other tensor algebra operators? Because I've the suspect that scale is not the only op that changed his name, also diag() do not work anymore!
In any case the Programmer's guide is not up-to-date, the reference to scale() is still there!

Hi Ivan,

found it in $FOAM_SRC/OpenFOAM/lnInclude/VectorSpaceI.H.
I don't know where diag() is defined, but you could search for its definition in the OF1.4.1 sources and then check the OF1.5 sources.

Regards, Hannes
